Welcome to the Department of Pathology Quiz! This website is the result of an IRB approved study comparing the quality of 100 multiple choice test questions written by a human, to 100 multiple choice test questions generated by large language models. Although the study is completed, we wanted to share the 200 multiple choice questions, their answers and explanations with you. The hope is that students, practicing pathologists, and others who have passion for pancreatic pathology will find these educational! Feel free to test your knowledge and enhance your understanding of pancreas pathology – the causes, mechanisms, and effects of diseases. The questions have been randomized, so the human-authored and large language model-generated questions are mixed and in no particular order.
